Formats for a motivating and compliance‑friendly kick-off to the year
A successful start to the year sets the right tone for the months ahead – including in the pharmaceutical sector. At the start of 2026, our field, medical affairs, and marketing staff were once again tasked with energising multiple client teams, embedding key strategies and fostering motivation for the year ahead. Inspirational, interactive and, of course, fully compliant.
The following three formats were agreed on:
1. Virtual: creative elements that hit the mark
We brought the Zoom-based kick-off for a long-standing client to life with real highlights:
- Active breaks to top up on energy
- Snack tips for healthy pauses
- Special extra: a virtual city tour combining knowledge and entertainment
Virtual formats are ideal for distributed teams and international groups – offering maximum flexibility with minimal travel effort.
2. Hybrid: connecting teams live across the DACH region
Munich, Vienna and Zurich – these were the meeting points for the field teams of another client project. Geographically remote, yet connected virtually.
A companion app supported interaction between the locations and offered features such as:
- Interactive games
- Live challenges
- Feedback tools for direct participation
Hybrid formats create a shared experience that brings teams together, even across distances.
3. Traditional in-person: teamwork takes centre stage
There’s often nothing that can replace face-to-face interaction. It also facilitates impactful, fully stage-ready experiences.
For example, at one event, we helped set up the stage together with the field and internal teams before the conference even began – a powerful symbol of cohesion, responsibility and the shared journey into the new year. The positive feedback highlighted the lasting impact of this special twist.
We’re happy to showcase best-practice events that really engage – and to develop concepts tailored to the specific challenges of your company’s goals and messages.
