Our team has always been deeply committed to working sustainably. To embed this commitment permanently within our operations, we have implemented an ISO 20121-compliant management system – the international standard for sustainable event management.

We are currently well on track to complete the second phase of the process and are simultaneously preparing for the external audit. A key milestone is our newly established, four-member sustainability team, which consistently puts the principles of our handbook into practice – supporting sustainable internal processes, providing our clients with well-informed guidance and driving continuous improvement in how our medical events are planned and run.

By complying with ISO 20121, we address all three dimensions of sustainability – social, environmental, and economic. This reflects our belief that sustainable practices, economic efficiency and creative event planning belong together – in everyday operations, across all projects and in every event we manage. To achieve this, we continually develop new ideas and question every step in the life-cycle of an event.
