For us, quality means aiming for the highest standards – in everything we do, both in our results and in how we achieve them. We approach our projects with joy, passion and mutual respect.

Achieving lasting results through creative innovation.

Our new ideas and solutions make every event truly effective and forward-looking. By fostering innovation and forward-thinking in our team, we ensure our events set new standards. We craft experiences that touch, move and inspire.

We rise to challenges and grow.

We give ourselves the space and resources to develop. This growth makes us stronger as a team. We remain open to new insights, inspiring experiences and lasting improvements.

We awaken emotions and open up new perspectives.

Bold, authentic and direct, we create memorable events. We ensure they leave a meaningful and lasting impact.

We are focused and reliable in our work.

We stand by our values and make well-grounded decisions with clarity and foresight. Each event is designed by us carefully, covering every detail. We meet every requirement conscientiously, consistently and with commitment, both in planning and in execution.

We uphold partnership and collaboration.

Building trust and maintaining quality is our focus. To achieve shared goals with partners, employees and suppliers, we prioritise communication and mutual understanding and respect. We listen, stay open and act mindfully to ensure everyone feels valued.

We act responsibly.

Using resources carefully and minimising environmental impact is as natural to us as promoting the wellbeing of participants and our colleagues. Through sustainable events and certified training, we’re actively shaping a better future.

We support social causes.

Our work is inseparable from promoting social cohesion. We take responsibility for the common good, act sustainably and actively support relevant projects. We aim to improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and work.

Everyone in our team contributes.

We trust the strengths and abilities of each individual. All team members feel free to bring their skills to the table, with the best ideas emerging through dialogue. The mutual respect and motivation drive real progress.

Equal opportunities and diversity are a given for us.

We treat everyone with respect, regardless of background, identity or role. We foster equal career opportunities and support collaboration among colleagues and partners, free from discrimination or bias. It’s this respect that drives us forward.

We communicate openly and transparently.

We engage all stakeholders honestly and respectfully, take their feedback into account, and involve them appropriately, fairly and courteously in decision-making. Trust in ourselves, our colleagues and our partners is what unites us. We cultivate relationships and improve our performance together, taking shared responsibility.

Management system ISO 20121

Driven by a passion for sustainable events

Our team has always been deeply committed to working sustainably. To embed this commitment permanently within our operations, we have implemented an ISO 20121-compliant management system – the international standard for sustainable event management.

Our own sustainability team

A key milestone is our newly established, four-member sustainability team, which consistently puts the principles of our handbook into practice – supporting sustainable internal processes, providing our clients with well-informed guidance and driving continuous improvement in how our medical events are planned and run.

Combining economic efficiency, ethics and responsibility

By complying with ISO 20121, we address all three dimensions of sustainability – social, environmental, and economic. This reflects our belief that sustainable practices, economic efficiency and creative event planning belong together – in everyday operations, across all projects and in every event we manage.

To achieve this, we continually develop new ideas and question every step in the life-cycle of an event.

Our clients and suppliers also benefit directly from our ISO 20121-compliant management system – through clear standards, well-defined responsibilities, and collaboration built on fairness, quality and trust. Mindful, responsible and driven by a passion for sustainable events.

Code of Conduct für Geschäftspartner

Rules for collaboration

Successful and sustainable collaboration is built on trust, integrity and shared values. Our Code of Conduct for Business Partners provides a clear framework for responsible behaviour. It sets out the principles that are essential to us — from respecting human rights and ensuring fair working conditions to protecting the environment and climate, as well as conducting business with integrity and in full compliance with the law.

We believe that only by upholding the highest standards together can we lay the foundation for long-term partnerships that are not only economically successful but also socially and environmentally responsible.

This code applies to all our business partners and their subcontractors. We expect active implementation of the principles described and a commitment to continuously embed them into daily business processes.

Questionnaire for suppliers and service providers

Ambitious in purpose – fair in our dealings

Before engaging a new supplier or service provider, we ask them to complete a questionnaire about their sustainability practices. This covers general sustainability management, environmental and social responsibility, supplier management, communication and reporting. The shared goal is to continuously strengthen their sustainability practices at all levels.

For existing suppliers, we issue the questionnaire once a year and review the responses. For suppliers and service providers chosen by clients for a project, we can provide recommendations, but the final decision on which suppliers are engaged rests with them, not us.

Working together for a liveable future in a healthy environment

One key factor for sustainable events is moving towards a circular economy: keeping resources in use, reducing waste, and lowering the demand for new raw materials. Reuse, repair, recycling and durable design significantly reduce environmental impact and carbon footprint, while also improving efficiency and lowering costs. This represents a real benefit for all participants, as well as for society, the environment and nature.
