One social project particularly close to our hearts is Förderverein Girassol e.V. in São Paulo, Brazil. This children’s, vocational training and social centre supports disadvantaged children and young people in the local community. Founded in 1992 as a small initiative, the non-profit association now runs a facility where over 330 young people are given hope and real prospects for their future. Its services range from an attached daycare centre and school education to daily meals and vocational training programmes.
