An owner-managed company, Healthcare Convention is headquartered in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and has branches in Munich, Berlin, Bad Homburg and Innsbruck. Founded in 1992, we quickly specialised in events and administrative services for the healthcare sector.
We currently employ 89 full-time staff and work with a trusted network of event technology specialists to organise events of all sizes — including conferences, symposia and training sessions — worldwide, with a particular focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Compliance is our hallmark
We develop and manage fully compliant training events and administrative processes for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare organisations. Our aim is to enhance knowledge transfer, embed marketing messages effectively and broaden professional networking, while strictly adhering to the guidelines of the FSA, EFPIA and FCPA.
We consider it essential to have our expertise regularly reviewed and evaluated by an independent body. As a testament to this, in 2011 we were the first agency in Germany to be awarded the AKG Compliance Seal. In 2024 following a thorough audit, Healthcare Convention was once again awarded the seal, achieving the best audit result ever recorded. And we were the only German agency awarded the seal. This positions us as leaders in consistently ensuring pharma code compliance, with clear processes and maximum transparency.
